Arouca extended the contract with Uruguayan goalkeeper Arruabarrena until 2028, as a reward for his good performances in the second half of the season. Arruabarrena, 29, signed until the end of the season and now the SDUQ of the wolves understood to propose to the goalkeeper the extension of the link. The Uruguayan goalkeeper quickly became the main goalkeeper, having participated, until now, in 15 matches, in which he summed more wins (8) than draws (1) and losses (6) together. Fulfilling the contract until the end, he may become the goalkeeper with the most games for Arouca. So far, he has 81 and is the third classified in this ranking, behind Victor Braga (82) and the leader Rafael Bracali (102).
